1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SWAPP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the software or website.

2. Description of Service

SWAPP is a digital outreach tool created to help churches organize, manage, and track soulwinning and visitation efforts. It includes features for:

  • Tracking outreach visits

  • Assigning follow-up tasks

  • Managing team statistics

  • Scheduling events

  • Logging spiritual decisions

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Use SWAPP only for ministry or outreach purposes

  • Maintain the privacy of any data accessed through your church’s account

You may not:

  • Share or resell SWAPP to other churches

  • Upload harmful or unauthorized content

  • Access or attempt to access another church’s data

  • Interfere with the app’s normal operation

4. Church Ownership & Admin Access

Each church account is created by an authorized admin who manages access for that church’s team. The admin is responsible for:

  • Adding/removing users

  • Assigning roles and permissions

  • Managing outreach data

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, features, design, and software components of SWAPP are owned by The Soulwinning App team.
You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any part of the software without written permission.

6. Subscription & Billing

If you choose a paid plan, billing terms will follow our Refund & Billing Policy. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and managing your subscription status.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms. Churches may cancel their subscription and delete their data at any time by contacting support@swapp.church.

8. Limitation of Liability

SWAPP is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Outreach results

  • Missed follow-ups

  • Downtime or service interruptions

  • Data loss due to user error or external circumstances

Use of SWAPP is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SWAPP after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
