1. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial of SWAPP to allow churches to explore all core features before committing to a paid plan.

  • No credit card is required to start your free trial.

  • Trial access includes full feature access for one church team.

2. Subscription Plans

After the trial ends, you may select a monthly or annual subscription plan. Pricing and features for each plan are clearly listed on our pricing page.

  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • All charges are processed securely using our third-party payment provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@swapp.church.

  • When canceled, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will not be billed again unless you reactivate your subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Because we offer a free 30-day trial, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges once the billing cycle has begun.

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of accidental duplicate charges or verified technical issues that prevented service use.
