Visualize Your Mission Field with SWAPP Mapping

SWAPP helps churches manage groups with less stress.

The Mapping feature inside SWAPP lets churches take ministry to the streets — literally. Whether you’re organizing soulwinning, prayer walks, or community service projects, this tool helps you map, assign, and track every area your church touches.

Organize Outreach by Neighborhoods and Streets

Instead of scattered notes or paper maps, you can drop pins and assign streets to teams within the app. Know exactly who was reached, which homes still need a visit, and which areas were prayed over — all visually mapped and accessible to your leaders.

From the Church to the Community — with Clarity

With SWAPP’s Mapping feature, pastors and outreach leaders gain a bird’s-eye view of their efforts. You’ll avoid overlap, reduce missed visits, and clearly see how your church is covering your city for Christ. It turns outreach into a mission strategy, not a guessing game.

A smartphone screen displays a map titled “Prospects” with location pins, some showing profile photos, and a highlighted cluster marked with the number 2 near Stephen Sorensen Park.

How to Use the Mapping Tool in SWAPP

From your SWAPP dashboard, go to the Mapping tab. Use the built-in Google Map interface to zoom into your city or neighborhood. Click to drop pins, draw regions, and assign those areas to individuals or groups. Each pin becomes part of your outreach campaign and can be tracked with notes, completion status, and follow-up needs.

Plan, Assign, and Conquer Your City

Mapping works hand-in-hand with outreach and follow-up. Assign 10 streets to one team and a single block to another. After each visit, your teams can mark it “complete” and add notes. This prevents duplication and allows you to track how much ground your church has covered — and how much is left to reach.

What is the mapping feature in SWAPP?

The mapping feature allows churches to visually organize outreach efforts by assigning pins, streets, or neighborhoods to specific teams or individuals. It helps track which areas have been visited and what needs follow-up.

How do churches use SWAPP for territory management?

Churches can use SWAPP to drop pins on a live map, assign those pins to outreach teams, and log results after each visit. This makes territory management accurate, efficient, and mobile-friendly.

Can SWAPP mapping help track outreach completion?

Yes. Each mapped area can be marked as complete or needing follow-up. Leaders get a visual overview of outreach progress and team activity, helping keep evangelism efforts on track.

“SWAPP has completely transformed the way we manage our church groups. It’s easy to use, and our leaders love the convenience of having everything in one place. We’ve seen real growth and stronger connections among our teams since using this platform!”
