📲 End-User License Agreement (EULA) for SWAPP

1. License Grant

SWAPP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, and use the SWAPP software for your church or ministry’s outreach purposes.
You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software to third parties.

2. Ownership

The software, content, and all intellectual property remain the sole property of The Soulwinning App (SWAPP).
You acknowledge that you are being granted a license to use the software — not ownership of the software itself.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the SWAPP software

• Use SWAPP in ways that violate applicable laws

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform

• Use SWAPP for commercial resale, spamming, or any non-ministry activity

4. Updates and Availability

SWAPP may be updated periodically to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features.
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if:

• You breach any of these terms

• You stop using SWAPP and uninstall/delete the app

• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any copies you have.

6. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is.” SWAPP is not responsible for:

• Data loss

• Outreach results

• Service downtime

• User error or misuse

Use of the software is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SWAPP is operated.
